SportAdding more woes to the ongoing administrative debacles in the 18th Asian Games being held in Jakarta, Indonesia, Amateur Boxing Association of Sri Lanka (ABA) is on the verge of taking disciplinary action on two individuals. The two individuals -- a banned foreign coach and a former ace pugilist, who have bypassed the ABA norms and are currently at the Asian Games it is said. The two--Ukrainian Vannikov Volodymyr, and Manju Wanniarachchi are now in Indonesia while the three -- Gomes, Kumara and Tissera have not made the tour according to ABA sources. Wanniarachchi, meanwhile had attempted to enter 'field of play' in Indonesia on Friday (24) without a valid accreditation and the event officials have removed him from the location, according to sources in Indonesia. The reason behind the strange inclusion of the two individuals is being carried out by the said individual of the leading boxing club, who is attempting to create a rift between his club and the ABA, with the influence of the NOC, according to sources.
