The DC Films flick earned $9 million last night with previews starting at 5:00 pm. For the record, Justice League earned 14% of its $93m debut on Thursday while Suicide Squad earned 15% of its $133m launch before previews. If Aquaman plays like the last five DC Films flicks, we’re looking at an opening weekend between $82m and $129m. And Justice League didn’t earn $230m in China in its first three weeks. Now that WB has updated, I can confirm that Aquaman is entering its first domestic weekend with $337 million worldwide (counting $4m on its third Friday in China) thus far.
