From Hibbs to Hibbett: Outgoing Harcourts Property Management Queenstown owner Keith Hibbs, left, with new business manager Paul Hibbett. Keith Hibbs started Harcourts Property Management Queenstown, originally Executive Accommodation, 18 years ago. He’s sold to Highland Real Estate Group, which operates the Harcourts franchise in six Otago centres, including Queenstown. Hibbs, who formerly operated a local dairy with his wife Glenys, was one of the resort’s first property managers. Hibbett believes Queenstown’s "a town that really needs good property management", while also keeping up with constant changes in property management regulations.
