Boston United have "parted company", external with manager Graham Coughlan with the Pilgrims in 17th place in the National League. The club had gone five games without a win and are just three points clear of the relegation zone, with Coughlan's final game coming in the 0-0 draw at Braintree Town on Saturday. The Irishman took over as manager in November 2024 and led Boston to safety on the penultimate game of the season thanks to a run of 10 wins from 15 games across March and April. But a run of one win in their last 11 league games since the end of October has now led to his departure.
