London-based funding and distribution company BossaNova has expanded its sales team by bringing on Holly Cowdery as head of sales, with a remit that covers the UK, North America, France, Italy and Asian territories. Cowdery was formerly vice president of sales for CEEMEA, France and the Nordics for Beyond Rights, which acquired her previous employer CB Media Rights in September 2020. She will also be reunited with TCB founder Paul Heaney, who launched BossaNova following his previous company’s absorption by Beyond Rights. “I couldn’t be more delighted to be rejoining Paul and the team,” said Cowdery in a release announcing the hire. The opportunity to get onboard the new hybrid model of BossaNova was too good to resist.”Added Heaney: “Holly brings a verve to her trade as an outstanding sales person.
