She said: "I have submitted a complaint about Boris Johnson's conduct to the Parliamentary Commissioner for Standards. Mr Johnson has been previously warned that he faces “more serious sanctions” from the Commissioner - after repeatedly breaking Commons rules. Last week, rules banning the Commissioner from revealing who was under investigation were scrapped. “I believe this step will encourage greater confidence in the Parliamentary standards system.
