By Adriano MarcheseBorgWarner said Monday that it will acquire the Electric Hybrid Systems business unit from Italian-automotive parts supplier Eldor Group for 75 million euros ($82.1 million). The Auburn, Michigan-based automotive supplier said Eldor's EHS segment, which is headquartered in Italy, includes on-board chargers, DC/DC converters, and integrated high voltage boxes.
