Bord Bia reaffirms commitment to farmers, quality standards and open dialogueBord Bia have issued a statement reaffirming its commitment to farmers, quality standards and open dialogue, following recent coverage of the Irish Farmers Association protest. Trust in the Bord Bia Quality MarkBord Bia’s Quality Assurance programmes are fundamental to farmers’ livelihoods. The Bord Bia Quality Mark applies only to Irish farmed produce. We have a robust monitoring programme in place to oversee the use of the Bord Bia Quality Mark, and sanctions are applied where misuse occurs. These products are not Bord Bia Quality Assured and do not carry the Bord Bia Quality Mark.
