The unveiling ceremony of the book written by Advocate Saidul Islam, a valiant Freedom Fighter, was held at the District Muktijoddha Sangsad Bhaban in Rajshahi city on Tuesday. Rajshahi Mayor AHM Khairuzzaman Liton addressed the ceremony as the chief guest with the convener of the organizing committee Mustafizur Rahman Khan in the chair. Valiant freedom fighters Prof Ruhul Amim Pramanik, Dr Abdul Mannan and Advocate Matiur Rahman, Panel Mayor of Rajshahi City Corporation Shariful Islam Babu and its ward councillors Nazrul Islam and Abdul Momin also spoke at the program. “All of us should stand by them and the significance and spirit of the war of liberation should be highlighted to the new generation,” he said.
