A Nakuru court yesterday summoned activist Boniface Mwangi (pictured) to appear before it on February 27 for the hearing of a case in which he is charged with malicious destruction of property. He and his co-accused are charged with destroying a Sh13 million perimeter wall around a disputed 10 acres in Nakuru East. Mwangi skipped court yesterday and his lawyer Pascal Mbeche said he had been summoned by a Kibera court to give evidence on claims that he and his family have been receiving threats.
