SEN. Christopher Lawrence “Bong” Go recently visited typhoon victims in Agusan del Sur to extend aid and provide hope of a better life in 2021. The senator and his team on Tuesday distributed food and medicine packs, vitamins, and face masks and face shields to 500 typhoon victims. They observed health protocols during the distribution activity held at the Zotico Moday Sports Complex and Cultural Center in Bunawan to avoid the spread of Covid-19. Go conducted similar activities for 1,000 typhoon victims in the towns of Prosperidad and Rosario on December 28 and December 29, respectively. Others were provided with bicycles for their commute to work given the limited public transportation options because of the coronavirus pandemic.
