A former Bond girl who won a Bafta is embroiled in a $1 million legal row over claims she scuppered a British science fiction film starring Charles Dance. Eva Green and an offshoot of an independent production firm are engaged in a spat worthy of a 1940s bust-up between Hollywood studio moguls. The French actress, 40, who appeared as Vesper Lynd in the 2006 version of the Ian Fleming novel Casino Royale, has accused White Lantern Film Britannica of breaching a contract over the production of A Patriot. According to reports, the film had a modest £4 million budget and had a cast that included Dance, Green and Helen Hunt. It is understood that the film was scheduled to go into production
