Bombardier Inc. is in talks to sell its business-jet division to Textron Inc. as the struggling Canadian train and plane maker moves to pare its debts, people familiar with the matter said. The talks have been going on for several weeks, one of the people said, and they may not result in a deal. Should they, it could yield billions that Bombardier could use to reduce some of its roughly $9 billion of debt.
