'Bomb Cyclone' winter storm heads east

The 'bomb cyclone' late winter storm is headed to the East Coast after impacting 70million in 25 states. The National Weather Service has issued a flood warning or flood watch for about two-thirds of Wisconsin. As the late winter storm heads east, western states are still reeling from the blizzard left in its wake. A bomb cyclone occurs when there is a rapid pressure drop of at least 24 millibars (which means atmospheric pressure) over the course of 24 hours. The National Weather service says the powerful 'bomb cyclone' will scatter showers and thunderstorms in the east from Friday to Saturday.
