BNP nominated candidate for Bogura-4 (Kahaloo-Nondigram) Md Mosharraf Hossain has been accused of forging an undergraduate certificate. The case alleges that Mosharraf “fraudulently” used Masud Ali’s roll and registration numbers to obtain a bachelor’s degree certificate for the same academic year. When the former chairman challenged this, Masud learned that the academic credentials used by Mosharraf were his. Masud fears Mosharraf may use his roll and registration details to commit “serious wrongdoing”, causing him “irreparable damage”. He forged my roll and registration numbers to make a fake certificate, so I filed the case.
