The family of a man who was killed in a Ethiopian Airlines' Boeing 737 MAX 8 crash has filed a lawsuit in the US against the aircraft maker. The family of Jackson Musoni says Boeing failed to warn airlines about the plane's allegedly erroneous sensors that measure the plane's angle in flight. The plaintiffs say the aircraft maker knew about the possibility of a malfunction but failed to take proper measures. The family members also say Boeing got approval from US aviation authorities without collecting sufficient data and undergoing proper tests. Reuters says Boeing did not immediately respond to a request for comment on the lawsuit.
