more-inResidents of Devanahalli were shocked to know that a hotel in the neighbourhood was using water for cooking and serving it for drinking from a sump where a body of an employee was recovered on Thursday evening. The residents came out on the streets at night to stage a protest against the negligence of the hotel management. According to the police, Krishna, one of the employees of a hotel situated close to the bus stand, went missing on Wednesday. On Thursday, an employee had gone to check the water level in the sump, when he found the body of Krishna floating in it. Meanwhile, as the news of the death spread, anxious residents gathered outside the hotel and protested against the management.
