KOTA KINABALU: A floating corpse was found near the city jetty here early Friday. The body of a man, whose identity has yet to be confirmed, was discovered by several members of the public who then alerted police at 6.20am. "The victim is believed to have died for about 12 hours before he was found," he added. ACP Chandra also called upon witnesses as well as those who have lost a family member to come forward and assist investigations. The body has been sent to the Queen Elizabeth Hospital for post-mortem.
