John Tanghal, 30, and Jose Tanghal, 51, were later found while Angelo Cortez, 29, and Noah Bay, 40 remained missing. The search operations by authorities and rescue workers from Kusoldharm Phuket Foundation and Patong Bay Watch for the two others have been impeded by high waves, strong winds and heavy rain, rescue workers and police said.
