When asked, Bobby Hajjaj told the Dhaka Tribune that his only source of income is from teaching. My only source of income is my teaching profession,” adding that he also does not own a house. Hajjaj is a son of billionaire Moosa Bin Shamsher, chairman and CEO of DATCO Group, who reportedly has $12bn deposited with swiss banks. Bobby Hajjaj from the National Democratic Party is one of six DNCC mayoral candidates contesting the seat left behind by late Annisul Huq.
