Yet, the mood at Tuesday's working committee meeting, in Mumbai, was one of hoping for the miracle of this century. The "Committee," of course, refers to Justice Lodha and his colleagues, retired Justices Ashok Bhan and Raju Varadarajulu Raveendran. Three "eminent counsels" will assist Justice Katju. The core issue is that quite a few administrators have to look at life outside their associations and/ or the Board. Even if some in the world are comfortable with change, the Board just is not.
