The third priority concerns the exploration of new business models and scaling business through technology. Technological convergence through AI, cloud, 5G and the Internet of Things, can generate new business models and open the door for new opportunities. According to Mr Pochara, Thailand should have its own digital platforms and startups should be supported with incentives to boost their competitiveness amid tough competition.
