DUNEDIN, FLA.—Blue Jays relievers Ryan Tepera and John Axford were undergoing medical tests Wednesday after both experienced pain in their throwing elbows. The potential injuries could change the look of the bullpen, which would be lacking experience without the pair. Jays relief pitcher Ryan Tepera, who has been a workhorse the last two seasons, experienced elbow pain in his last spring outing. He last pitched Sunday in Toronto’s 9-8 win over the Minnesota Twins and felt pain in the joint. Tepera gave up two runs on three hits, including a home run, in that outing.
