One of those caps belonged to Peter Samonas, whose decision to toss his beloved blue-and-white Jays hat was less premeditated than Holland’s. And while he has a stash of Blue Jays toppers at home, he liked the one he tossed so much he said he will probably have to go out and replace it. “Probably, yeah.” The Jays said there is no way for fans to get their hats back. According to the Blue Jays’ online store, most hats range from $23.99 to $54.99.
