Toronto swept the A’s in this three-game series, and has won all six timee the teams have met this season. Justin Smoak drove home the game-winning run with a line-shot single to left, lifting the Blue Jays to a 5-4 win in 11 innings over the Oakland A’s. Trailing 4-1 in the 11th, the Jays scored four runs off Oakland closer Blake Treinen, with Smoak bringing home Freddy Galvis with the winning run. The big blow came from Brandon Drury, who clubbed a three-run homer to tie it off Treinen. He has hits in each of his first 10 games with the Jays, and homered to lead off the bottom of the first inning Sunday — his second leadoff homer of the series.
