The estranged mother of a schoolgirl who took her own life after an exchange of unpleasant messages on social media has called for new regulations to prevent children from using such sites. Rachael Warburton, 33, said that she was “heartbroken” at having to identify the body of Jessica Scatterson, who was 12 when she was found dead, having hanged herself in her father’s home.
