An inspirational blind woman is the first in the UK to cycle a 30-mile bike trail on her own. At present, blind people who wish to cycle would use a tandem bike, or a bicycle built for two. However, 20-year-old Rachel Hanks was determined to cycle alone and has recently completed a trail independently. On August 26, Rachel, from West Yorkshire, completed the 30-mile cycle with her training partner Marcus Irving, with only one fall.
