An upstairs YMCA project designed to bring life back into central Blenheim has been put on ice indefinitely, as the developer struggles to find investors prepared to back hospitality ventures post-pandemic. The-Marlborough-Express Blenheim developer Robin Sutherland has accepted the YMCA will not open this year as planned. I think the sooner we get something like this up and running, they will be popping up around the country.
