MANILA, Philippines – The Blackwater Elite ball club has made a hard decision to sever ties with longtime coach Leo Isaac and replace him with former assistant Bong Ramos after a poor 0-3 win-loss start in the PBA Commissioner’s Cup. Team owner Dioceldo Sy, on a business trip in Vancouver, Canada, confirmed their move in an online chat with The STAR. The Blackwater top boss was thankful Ramos is available to take over starting in their next game against the GlobalPort Batang Pier tomorrow at the Ynares Sports Center in Antipolo. Ramos, was a former PBA head coach who slid down to an assistant to Isaac at Blackwater before getting another coaching job in the Indonesian league. Sy was sad in firing Isaac, their loyal coach from their PBL days.
