The National Grid Corp. of the Philippines (NGCP) raised the red alert from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. and from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. Yellow alert notices were also raised from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m., 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. and 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. Eleven red alert warnings and 32 yellow alerts have been raised in the Luzon grid since January.
