Former Chelsea, Leicester and Burnley defender Frank Sinclair says black former players are not getting enough opportunities to manage at the highest levels. The 48-year-old former Jamaica international managed Colwyn Bay in the Conference North, the sixth tier of English football, and has also had spells in charge at Brackley Town as a caretaker and at Hednesford Town.
