Osei KofiReverend Osei KofiReverend Osei Kofi, a member of the 1965 Black Stars squad, that won the Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON), has said, the current members of the team, should emulate the example of 1965 and 1982 squads, by having the zeal to fight for the country in the upcoming 2019 AFCON. He said, because of the professionalism and the development of football, this generation of Black Stars should play better than the older generation. In an interview with GNA Sports, Rev Kofi said, the players should have the will power to end the 37 years of trophy drought. The Black Stars have been drawn in Group F with defending champions Cameroon, Benin and Guinea Bissau in the AFCON 2019 group stage in Egypt.
