The Patriots sent out a clear and convincing message that they must be dealt with after routing El Camino Real 80-55 in a West Valley League game Wednesday night. Devonaire Doutrive led Birmingham with 23 points and 6-11 Christian Koloko added 16 points, 16 rebounds and seven blocks. Daisone Hughes had 23 points and David Cheatom 22. St. Francis picked up its first league win with a 67-65 victory over Sherman Oaks Notre Dame. Jake Kyman had 16 points.
