By Colin KellaherBiogen Inc. on Wednesday said it has designated long-time board member Caroline Dorsa to succeed Stelios Papadopoulos as chairman of the biopharmaceutical company. Biogen said the change would be effective immediately following the Cambridge, Mass., company's annual shareholder meeting slated for June 14.
