In response, if I were a climate billionaire, I'd call his bluff and offer him $2 billion dollars to work on climate change. After all, as the old joke goes, we know exactly what he is, all that remains is determining the price. A consortium of them would be even better and could probably match and better anything the fossil fools would spend. If nothing else, such a proposal would make a good full page ad or 30 second commercial to stir the pot and make the obvious explicit.
