Congratulatory billboards put up by the Calcutta Municipal Corporation will welcome Nobel laureate Abhijit Vinayak Banerjee to the city on Tuesday evening. Police would inform the civic body on Monday about Banerjee’s likely route so that the location of the billboards can be decided. The Salt Lake civic body has not received any instruction to prepare billboards an official said.
