Something has to be done to combat the problem, and this seems like a workable plan. Most teachers have said they favor the plan, which is working at a Waco-area school. It’s an unnecessary, costly, high-tech solution. Many students and their parents will not go along with this. It seems like a good idea, but only time will tell if it will be efficient and effective.
