Pakistan’s Ambassador to Qatar Shahzad Ahmad has said that the bilateral relations between Pakistan and the State of Qatar are based on strong foundations of mutual respect and common religious heritage, reported Peninsula Qatar. He said that he was confident that these relations will increase to a great extent with the expanding trade, economic and political interactions between the two countries. He added that this connectivity increases the opportunities of cooperation and cohesion between the two friendly people. Ambassador Shahzad expressed his confidence that the cooperation between the State of Qatar and Pakistan will continue to advance and prosper. He praised the vision and the wisdom of the Qatari leadership in dealing with internal and external crises, and hoped that Qatar will continue its path of progress and prosperity.
