The Master Builders house of the year national awards were held on Saturday, which celebrated specific builds completed this year. Wānaka-based Buildcraft took away awards for national supreme house of the year under $1 million and national new home $500,000-$750,000. The Oamaru home that saw Roger Gilchrist Building Services awarded at the Master Builders national awards this weekend. Roger Gilchrist Building Services was recognised for its work on a 783sqm Oamaru house renovation, which won the national supreme renovation of the year. It also picked up the national supreme renovation over $1.5 million and the national kitchen excellence award.
