Frontline Juniors progressed into the second round of the u12s League Cup after a 6-1 win over Datchet, while Maidenhead Warriors defeated Sporttiers 6-0 away from home to put their name in the hat for the next round. There were also plenty of goals in the Wycombe and South Bucks Minor Football League where the Maidenhead United Youth Cobras u15s were beaten 4-2 by Golden Eagles u15s. The Eagles soared into an early lead through Ayaan Usman’s strike, but Maidenhead levelled the match and then scored a second to take the lead. Usman’s second of the game drew the sides level once more and he then completed his hat-trick to restore the Eagles’ lead. Holyport u15s’ defence was in resolute form as they defeated Aylesbury United Junior Colts 4-2 away from home.
