The actor has levelled copyright infringement charge on Vishwas. Big B's legal team is now seeking damages from the poet who has now issued an apology. Kumar on his part said that he was only trying to pay a tribute to the actor's father and legendary poet and added that he will remove the reference if Mr. Bachchan had a problem with it.
