The tribunal has not set a date for a new hearing but indicated that it could be at least a month. She was given notice again late last year to leave by January 18. A photo of the house being held for her shows that it is in a block of new two-storey units. "I have been a vocal opponent of the redevelopment process, including attending many demonstrations and encouraging others to do so."
