A bid for nine flats has been made for Sunningdale. Apricot Properties Ltd wants to put these on Courtleigh Manor and House, Lady Margaret Road. The existing garage will be removed, and the existing dropped kerb is to be replaced with a standard kerb. A total of 14 parking spaces are set for the site, with 10 spaces located within two car ports. There is also to be a communal garden (270sqm) – ‘in excess of the RBWM requirements’ (10sqm per flat).
