A cold war between the mayor and the bureaucrats in JMC has deprived the public from getting the benefit of bicycle sharing scheme in the city. “The inauguration is yet to happen and therefore I cannot issue the bicycle to you,” informed the caretaker sitting at the outlet to the DNA correspondent on Tuesday. The inauguration was this outlet was planned about 10 days back, it was beautifully decorated too but the inauguration didn’t happen. After that the cycles will be issued,” said Anil Singhal chief engineer of Jaipur smart city limited. The scheme was developed under smart city project in the city and aimed to provide an easy mode of transport without causing pollution.
