BOSTON — Aaron Hernandez was found dead in his Massachusetts prison cell with a Bible verse — “John 3:16” — written in red marker on his forehead, according to local news reports. A bible open to that same verse was also discovered in Hernandez’s cell, Boston TV station Fox25 News reported. And was it Hernandez who wrote the verse on his forehead? The former tight end was taken to a hospital and pronounced dead about an hour later. Still, he was a productive tight end for the Patriots for three seasons.
