The Bharat bandh called on Tuesday received a mixed response across Rajasthan as Internet services remained suspended and Section 144 was suspended in Jalore, Jaipur, Alwar and Sikar. No organisation had given a call for bandh, but as a precautionary measure traders had kept their shops and establishments closed. The effect of bandh was seen in Sikar, Shrimadhopur, Jalore, Hindaun, Alwar and several other districts in the first half of the day. While bus services operated normally across most parts; they remained suspended on the Bharatpur Hindaun Agra route. Internet services continue to stay suspended in Sikar, Jalore and Alwar.
