Chance the Rapper and Big Sean will also appear on Friday night at the Wolstein Center at an event that is shaping up to be one of the most star-studded yet. Clinton will appear on stage Friday night and will deliver remarks. Clinton has used a series concerts to bring out her supporters, especially millennials and minority voters in key places, including Ohio, Florida, Pennsylvania and North Carolina. The concerts are seen as critical get-out-the-vote vehicles, especially in states with early voting, including Ohio, Florida and North Carolina.
