Dubbed Betwaysare, the promotion will give customers free data bundles, free withdrawals and free deposits every time they bet using Airtel Kenya line. Speaking at the launch Friday, Airtel Kenya Managing Director Prasanta Das Sarma said the company had seen growing interest in betting in the last few years and this new initiative would help give users more options. He said the new initiative will also make it easier for their customers to access Airtel money platform. “On average, one spends about 30 minutes (on betting) and this means that they need enough bundles to sustain it. This new partnership will ensure that our customers are able to bet without worrying about their data running out,” said Kittony.
