The chip shop could often be found at Cardiff’s huge outdoor gigs in Blackweir fields, at the Green Man Festival, and at sporting grounds like Glamorgan Cricket. The Posh Fish & Chips Company has another big summer ahead of it, with a host of local festivals, concerts and sporting events coming up. It has also recently opened the Barry Island Fish and Chip Company on Barry Island.
