CBC emailed Able Translations an eight-page list of questions and allegations in November. When it doesn't, translators have obtained court orders to attempt to confiscate the money from its bank. As the amount Able owed them grew, Lefebvre said, they sometimes just refused further assignments. Starting in fall 2017, the CRA obtained court orders to seize both companies' assets. Despite the financial turmoil, Able Translations appears to still be in business.
